London 2012

As you may have noticed, Pre-Prep & Nursery are all celebrating the same topic this term – London 2012, including the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics. Bunting, portraits of the Queen, the River Thames, maps of the London Underground, buses, taxis – all appearing in every conceivable format around the Pre-Prep! Many of the children made wonderful scrap books over the holidays which are displayed on tables in the department .… please do take some time to browse through them: the information gathered, collages made, photographs reproduced and (in Tali’s case) 3 whole books made out of red paper bags! – some truly wonderful work by children and parents.
