Girls Tennis v Cumnor House

With a fairly young side, Copthorne travelled to Cumnor to play their first tennis match. Our first pair of Katherine and Romy did well by winning two out of their three matches, with Katherine making some good passing shots and solid serves. Joanna, Meg, Harriet and Veronica were excited and not afraid of their older opponents. They made some good rallies, and won a few games. Although not winning the match, the girls enjoyed the day and came away with a better understanding of the game. HP
