More success at the East Grinstead Music and Arts Festival

Georgina Guest took part in 2 of the dance categories in the East Grinstead Music and Arts Festival gaining 2 Merits for her Song and Dance, and her Character Solo (classical).
She followed that by a Commended for the Junior Versatility Section (12 years and under) in Speech and Drama. The competitors learn a piece of poetry, a piece of script or prose and then sight read from a novel, in this case ‘Then’ which was a complex piece in itself. Gaining 2nd place was a significant coup in a 12 years section at only 9, conceeding to a very accomplished 12 year old!
