Fees include all Personal Accident Scheme, stationery and meals. Full boarding fees include after school activities as well as weekend activities. See below for a list of extra charges.

* The afternoon sessions currently attract the Early Years Entitlement funding from Surrey CC, where applicable.

Notes
Registration – A non-refundable fee of £100 (UK) or £200 (International) is payable when you register your child for admission to Copthorne Prep School.

Deposit – A deposit of £500 (UK) or £750 (International) is payable when an offer is accepted into the Pre-Prep or Prep School. The deposit will be refunded after the final term fee invoice, usually in August and less any outstanding extras. However, in the event of a child not starting at Copthorne Prep School, deposits are not refundable. No interest is payable on deposits.

Fees – Fees are due on, or before, the first day of term. We reserve the right to refuse to allow any child to attend school until the fees are paid in full. Copthorne prep School participates in the Surrey County Council’s Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE) scheme.

Notice of Withdrawal – A minimum of one whole term’s notice of withdrawal of a pupil is to be given in writing no later than the first day of the pupil’s last term. This notice will be acknowledged by the Headmaster or Bursar within three working days of receipt. One term’s fees will be payable if the required notice is not received.
