Birthday Celebrations!
Lamar celebrated her birthday this week with a great panda cake made by her mum. All of Year 4 enjoyed it and thought it was very tasty!
Outdoor Maths
Year 4 Outdoor Maths included a 2d shape hunt. They had to take a photo of each shape on their hunt sheet!
Ice cream in Science!
Year 4 had great fun making ice cream to finish off their three states of matter Science topic (solids, liquids and gases). They managed to turn a liquid into a solid successfully and it was the best Science lesson ever according to the pupils!

Mr Ahmad (Moiz’s dad) recently visited Year 4 to talk about Islam. The children learnt about the 5 pillarsbelief, prayer, charity, fasting and pilgrimage. Year 4 Science
This half term in Science Year 4 are studying the three states of matter. They were all excited to be able to wear the safety glasses and lab coats like ‘real scientists!’ One of their investigations has been into reversible and irreversible changes.

In History this week year 4 have been learning about Roman gladiators. They were amazed that people enjoyed watching gladiators fight to the death and even against lions!
