At Copthorne, we encourage our pupils to be kind to one another through our focus on emotional intelligence and wellbeing. For example, during our one-to-one life coaching lessons, we often have goals set to improve relationships and that will be around kind acts towards others.  We also encourage pupils to be kind to themselves. The antidote to worries, negative thinking and anxiety are quite often having positive thoughts and feelings, affirmations and focusing on our own strengths.
