Frog Princes, Royalty and Caterpillars

8th May 2018

The children in Pippins class have made some frog princes by decorating lily pads with tissue paper then using their green handprint to make a frog; a crown was then added as well as red lips ready to be kissed by a passing princess!

In Acorns class the children have been finishing off their Royal display. The children made some smart soldiers and decorated a horse and carriage using silhouette techniques.

Oaks class have had an exciting arrival this week … five little caterpillars. The children are looking forward to watching their life cycle and can’t wait until they emerge as beautiful butterflies! We have put them in a safe place, out of direct sunlight … and little hands!! We have also been busy using different shapes to print a castle and have made some Kings out of polystyrene cups.
