Nursery Autumn Term News

11th December 2019

Oaks have flown all the way to America this week. They listened to the National Anthem and looked at the Stars and Stripes. They made mobiles to represent the flag and were delighted to try some ‘Twinkies’ (a sweet treat). Next we flew to Mexico where the children carried on the sweet theme making their own Piñata.

At Forest School we welcomed our new FS leader … Sophia Pavlou. Sophia has been running Hi5 holiday club for several years so many of the children already know her well. We are looking forward to learning new and different ideas from her for our weekly visits to the woods. Sophia is also working in the Nursery as one of our lovely assistants.

We are expanding to GCSE!

Parents have told us they need a quality senior school alternative, so from September 2021, pupils already at Copthorne or joining in Year 7 will be able to stay with us to Year 11. Our first GCSE exams will take place in 2026.

Join us at our next Virtual Open Morning or read about our expansion to find out more.
