Wriggly Caterpillars

29th April 2016

The older Nursery children were very excited to meet our five little wriggly caterpillars this week. Each day we have noticed that they are growing, apart from one very small one which we will be keeping a close eye on! We have learnt some new letter sounds this week too. We made some yummy orange juice and learnt the letter o, we squashed grapes with our feet to make some wine for the letter g, we made some colourful kites for k and of course we now know how to write the letter c for caterpillar!

Meanwhile in the younger Nursery class the children have been making some dinosaur eggs with glue and tissue paper and have also been using paint and different tools to create fierce volcanos erupting with hot lava!
