Marketing Manager

The School is seeking a Marketing Manager with proven prior experience within an independent school, to play a key role in developing and delivering a core marketing and communication plan to increase pupil recruitment and retention. Central to the role is the ability to understand the needs of current and prospective parents, and to identify strategies and initiatives which enable Copthorne Prep to meet these needs in the short and long term. HR Manager

This is a new role requiring an experienced CIPD qualified professional Human Resources Manager to provide robust HR support within a Preparatory School of approximately 100 staff and 300 pupils. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and approachable person to join our team during an exciting period of change.  The closing date for applications is Friday 21st January 2022.
