82 children in the Pre-Prep department perfomed their French version of The Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf to a packed theatre on Friday, as part of their French Day celebrations. The cast included lapins, oiseaux, herissons et poussins as well as other woodland and farmyard creatures, all of whom were able to get away from the Mechant Loup! The pigs built straw, wood and brick houses as in the traditional tale and the wolf had his bottom badly burnt! The play was in French from start to finish, and was peppered with a variety of songs – all sung with great enthusiasm. The costumes were fantastic – a very big thank you to everyone for providing such colourful and inventive outfits!
