This week we have enjoyed learning about transport by rail: our favourite activity was using Duplo to make our own train paintings. We were all given a picture of a form of transport which we had to label and then write a sentence about. Some of us had cars, others had bicycles and the rest had aeroplanes. It was tricky but we managed well and are getting better at remembering finger spaces between words and full stops and capital letters when we are writing.

In Maths we began our introduction to addition and estimating using blocks and buckets with different numbers of items inside. Curious George was also back this week and was delighted with the improvement in our mouse skills during IT when we helped him with his train driving.
