The 1st quarter got off to an eventually contested game with the ball traveling up and down the court without much shooting opportunities. As the game progressed it turned into a very quick game, with the home side taking full advantage and settling into a rhythm to take the lead. Copthorne continued to work hard and tried to play their game but Brambletye were tight markers and their GS seldom missed a single goal. Our passes were not always accurate; we rushed and therefore gave away a lot of possession. The girls did manage to make good interceptions and attacked the circle but unfortunately could not convert as many of our shots compared to last week. Brambletye comfortable winners in the end.
