1st VII Netball v Brambletye

29th January 2016

After a wet and dismal day the 1sts found themselves playing inside again this week and from the start the girls knew it was going to be a fast paced match, very much like last week!

Once again the girls were slow to start allowing Brambletye to take the lead and upper hand early on, which was something that they just couldn’t come back from today in this match. Although the girls played well individually and there was some excellent movement and netball at times, and some fantastic defending in the goal third especially from Amber, as a team they still have lots to work on. This team does have potential though and I am sure that with more hard work, focus and dedication they will get there! Player of the match today picked by Brambletye was Alice and my player of the match today has to be Amber, who once again was solid in defence! Heads up girls and let’s keep going! TC
