U10 ‘B’ Netball v Pennthorpe

22nd September 2016

The B’s began the match with the first centre pass and it was soon clear that Copthorne had the upper hand. Within the first five minutes both our shooters Elli and Ella had several shots on goal. Our defenders Kirsten, Sophie and Amelie were too strong for Penthorpe and as a result they were rarely in a position to score.

Our second quarter was very frustrating again for our shooters as they were so very close, but they held their game and by half-time Ella had scored.
There was some good passing between our forwards Isabella, Isabelle and Ella and as a result they scored a couple more goals.

It was a very exciting game and it was a good indication of hopefully an excellent season to come for the B’s. Well done girls.

Thanks to all the parents who supported us and well done to the girls.

Player of the match – Ella
