For the first two quarters the girls got off to a slow start with it being very even. Jess St John-Dennis had a tough game as ‘GD’ against a quick ‘GA’ but stuck with her and made some lovely interceptions throughout the game as well as Isabella who yet again had a strong game as ‘GK’. The 3rd quarter saw Georgia happily play for Walstead because they were a player down due to injury, and Copthorne started to build their lead, with some awesome accurate passing in the centre court from Roselly, Frosty and Maisie to work the ball into the shooters Sofia and Jess Bright, who worked almost perfectly together in the attacking ‘D’. The last quarter was the best I have seen the girls play which resulted in us scoring 6 goals. Well done girls! Players of the match –  Jessica St John-Dennis & Jessica Bright. Good Luck at the IAPS Tournament Girls! LJ
