This will go down as our poorest showing of the season against a side that the boys beat last year. We did not get out of 1st gear during the 1st half and found ourselves, deservedly, 4 tries down. Fortunately Wesley made his way in to the corner to grab a pride saving try. It was clear that we were missing Archie and Sam P as we had very little desire to want to tackle which has obvious knock on effects.

We came alive and back in to the game in the 2nd half but we gave ourselves too much to do and continued to gift Brambletye tries. Shams, Luke and William crossed the whitewash to make the score line a little more respectable but we were unable to make up the 2 try deficit.

With only one game remaining, at home to Caterham, I expect a big response from the boys as we cannot continue to hide from responsibilities and let a select few do all of the defending. Rugby is the greatest team sport due to its dependence on teamwork. We need to rediscover the meaning of team very quickly if we are rescue what promised to be a very successful season.
