U9 ‘B’ Football v Brambletye

17th September 2016

Our first home match for the football season was played against Brambletye. After last week’s mistakes the boys were anxious to get a win and so we did. The boys played a great game of football working as a team together. We didn’t give the Brambletye boys any time to breathe as there was constant attacking from the Copthorne side. The first half finished with no goals and the boys were tired from the heat and the tempo of the game.

The second half started off with a bang where we scored a fantastic team goal and gave us our second wind. Just a couple of minutes afterwards another goal was struck. Well done to the boys for working as a team and doing the basics right. Really proud of you for it.

Well done to: Luis, Daniel, Matteo, Adwitya, Dylan and William.
Thank you to the parents for the support.
