Year 3 Trip to Preston Manor

Year 3 children and teachers went back in time to the Victorian Age this week when they visited Preston Manor.  All the children and teachers, appropriately dressed in their Victorian costumes, were applying for a servant’s job in the Manor House. The children dusted, polished, cooked, washed laundry, made ginger biscuits, beat carpets and made beds to try to impress the butler, Mr Elphick, who was respected by both staff and children alike.  Additional information and photographs will be available soon in the Year 3 section of the school’s website.
