We have had a busy week learning about 10’s and 1’s using money, making teen numbers using place value cards and then recording the numbers carefully. We spent quite some time making amounts with 10p’s and 1p’s.
In our topic work, both classes have thought about the physical changes that have happened to them since being a baby and thought of lots of things we can do now that we are so grown up!
In Forest School, we investigated what it felt like to use or lose one of our senses. We went for a listening walk, using our hands to touch various natural materials and our sight was taken away with blacked out goggles.
