We have enjoyed another busy week at school. In Forest School both classes have now ventured out to the mud kitchen (!) and made either a poppy or a Christmas themed item using lots of mud and water. Getting back into school was quite a challenge with our red suits and wellies on and clay objects in our hands which were rather delicate!
In our maths we have been using positional language such as ‘next to’, ‘above’ and ‘close’ to describe where things are around our rooms. We have also been measuring with metre sticks to work out how long large items are, and used paper clips to work out how long smaller items are too.
