Properties of 3D Shapes

29th January 2016

We have been learning about the properties of 3D shapes and trying very hard to say sphere and not Sophia! We have counted faces, corners and points and sorted them by a variety of criteria. We have also noted which shapes are good at rolling and would make good wheels!

We enjoyed our visit to the Gurdwara and saw many things that Mrs Gibbons told us about such as the ‘one God’ sign and the Sikh symbol on the flag. We had a lovely time there!

We also had another yummy week and made some gingerbread men, thinking about gingerbread houses and gingerbread people!
