Excellent Table Manners

All the children are wanting to sit at the special table with Mrs Swadling at Friday lunch but only children who display excellent table manners are chosen.

Over the holidays, Year 2 researched how to behave and how to use their cutlery appropriately. The teachers have been delighted to see the high quality posters that the children have made to show their top five tips for a happy lunch time. These are some of their suggestions;

Don’t talk with your mouth full – Isabella Chivers

Don’t put elbows on the table – Luke Norris

Sit up – Harry Marsh

Put your knife and fork together when finished – Randeep Sidhu

Use your napkin – Isabelle Liggins
