In positively spring like weather this week, the Year 3 to 6 boys were all involved in Rugby House Matches. The competition was fierce whether the version of the game was Tag or Contact, but played in excellent spirit throughout and good sportsmanship demonstrated both in victory and defeat.

There was some fine handling on display, leading to excellent team tries. Fine solo-runs, bringing a smile to faces of boys and parents alike. Boys showed excellent teamwork when supporting these fine runs and were generally always there to ruck and maul when the tackles were made. It was pleasing to see so many parents turn out to support this important part of the Games programme, which clearly saw ‘sport for all’ and sporting excellence in perfect harmony.
