Despite a number of last minute changes to the team and a few team members playing their very first County match, Sussex performed well. Going into the third and final round, they led the competing 7 counties by a half point. This round, however, didn’t go to plan and there was only one Sussex player still in the room who could bring home a win for the team. After a final game lasting an hour and 40 mins, Amelie secured a win for herself and for Sussex. They now go on to the finals held in Birmingham in April.

Sophie won 3. Rafe won 2, drew 1. Amelie won 2.

Well done!
