Year 3 School Trip

6th December 2019

Year 3 enjoyed a fantastic trip to London learning more about their humanities topic this term, Ancient Egypt. First stop was the British Museum where the children saw the Rosetta Stone as well as a number of real Egyptian artefacts in the Ancient Egypt galleries.

Then it was back on the bus to travel to the Saatchi Gallery for a special treat. For the last time ever, the treasures from the tomb of Tutankhamun are being displayed outside Egypt. The children are the first and only group from Copthorne who have been able to see this wonderful exhibition and all thought it was an amazing experience.

We are expanding to GCSE!

Parents have told us they need a quality senior school alternative, so from September 2021, pupils already at Copthorne or joining in Year 7 will be able to stay with us to Year 11. Our first GCSE exams will take place in 2026.

Join us at our next Virtual Open Morning or read about our expansion to find out more.
