Math’s Day

On Monday it was Maths’ Day. We spent an hour doing lots of fun activities. The first activity is where we all sit down and Mrs Lee reads us a story. Every time you heard a maths word you put a tick. Then we did doing puzzles to make an A4 piece of paper, then we did estimating. We guessed how many 2p coins would go the width of the sports hall. Then we did some sums. Finally we all had to run around the school and find different numbers which were stuck up. Maths Day was great and we are all grateful to the Year 8s and Mrs Lee.
