Recent external scholarship results have once again confirmed that Copthorne has an enviable reputation for academic excellence and all-round achievement. Further results from Worth, Hurstpierpoint and Ardingly will be received soon, but we are well on the way to maintaining our very impressive record of over 50% of our Year 8 leavers receiving a scholarship of some sort, and all getting into their first choice senior school! Junior Triathlon supporting Help for Heroes

Despite forecasts of heavy rain, the sun shone on children from across Surrey and Sussex as they competed in one duathlon and two triathlons at Copthorne Prep School over the weekend.  In fact, the action started on Thursday with an appetiser in the form of a duathlon, consisting of a run and a scooter... 

U10B Rounders v Brambletye 

Copthorne opened the first innings by batting. Although we had some good opportunities to score the team didn’t score as many rounders as I know they are capable of; 2 rounders only. Our fielding was a little sluggish to start with however after the first ten good balls, Copthorne were better and managed...
