This week, our newly formed Chapel Choir enjoyed a visit from Adam Assen – Director of Music at Caterham School – for a special rehearsal, ahead of their visit to Rochester Cathedral next week, where they will hear the senior school Chamber Choir perform a programme of choral music. Children learnt an excerpt from one of the pieces they will hear at the cathedral, as a part of developing their understanding of the choral tradition. They are looking forward to working on their Christmas repertoire over the next few weeks!
