Congratulations to Daniel for winning an Arbiter’s Award at the Sussex Junior Chess Grand Prix held in Worth in October. Over 100 players took part in what is generally considered the toughest Grand Prix event of the year. Daniel won the award for his terrific enthusiasm, resilience and diligence in accurately recording his games.

Daniel was involved in a tremendously competitive battle in the final round in what was probably the longest match of the day. Well done Daniel!
