Year 6 classes have made a successful start to studying Home Economics. Pupils have learnt how to use a variety of different pieces of equipment safely and correctly and they are now learning the importance of good teamwork. They have made a variety of basic dishes including Caterpillar Sandwich, Cheese on Toast, Fresh Fruit Salad and Blueberry and Banana Muffins. 

In November, Year 6 pupils will start the “Healthy Breakfast Project”. They will learn about the importance of starting the day with a well balanced breakfast and they will make a range of different healthy breakfast dishes.

Our next Virtual Open Day will take place on Saturday 3 October where we will share a link to an exclusive Open Morning page. The page will contain more information about our school and videos showing ‘A day in the Nursery/Pre-Prep/Prep School’.
