The Year 3 and 4 girls were full of excitement as they took part in their second hockey fixture of the season against Brambletye. Playing at home meant no travelling, and with lovely weather and plenty of parents supporting from the sidelines, it was a fantastic afternoon of hockey.
With the girls split into age groups and mixed-ability teams, everyone had lots of opportunities to play in the 4v4 small-sided games. There was plenty of running, some excellent goals scored, and great examples of teamwork throughout. Most importantly, the girls demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship and enthusiasm, making it a very enjoyable and successful fixture for all involved.
