Copthorne Cross Country Championships

The Copthorne Cross Country Championships took place in beautiful weather, providing perfect conditions for a memorable and successful event. Sunshine and clear skies set the scene for both runners and spectators, adding to the excitement of the day.

The course was a challenging yet enjoyable route that tested endurance and determination while allowing runners to perform at their best. All runners showed wonderful commitment and resilience throughout their races. From the start line to the final sprint, each child demonstrated excellent effort, perseverance, and sportsmanship..

The Year 5 and 6 competitors tackled a demanding 2.2km course, showing impressive stamina and focus across the distance. Meanwhile, the Year 3 and 4 runners rose to the challenge of the 1.8km course, displaying great enthusiasm and determination throughout their race.
