Girls Head to Football Season Opener 13th February 2026 Sport The first fixture of the season is always met with a sense of anticipation, and this afternoon’s triangular event at Lancing Prep, Hove was no exception. The girls travelled with enthusiasm and determination as they joined hosts Lancing Prep and visiting side Dorset House for an afternoon full of competitive play and early‑season development. With the squad divided into A, B, and C teams, every player had the opportunity to feature in two matches and showed impressive discipline on the pitch. Players held their positions well, communicated effectively, and consistently looked to move the ball through confident passing — clear signs of strong potential for the season ahead. The afternoon provided an ideal platform to build match experience, develop teamwork, and set the tone for the coming term.
