Penguin Fun in Nursery 27th February 2026 Nursery In Nursery, we have been enjoying the story “The Penguin Who Wanted to Fly” and have loved exploring the story through number activities and movement. Some of the children took their time carefully matching the numbered eggs to the correct penguins, showing great concentration, and developing early maths skills. We have also been practising our best penguin waddles and making the most of the sunshine in the nursery garden. The children enjoyed playing with the hula hoops and developing their balance and coordination on the balance bikes.
