Message in a Bottle Received

This week, Year 1 were surprised to receive a message in a bottle from Grandad, written from his lighthouse. He wanted to find out if Tom and the dinosaur had safely reached Dinosaur Island. In response, the children stepped into character as Tom and wrote imaginative replies, describing their journey across the stormy sea and what the island is like.
