Extra Costs
After School Clubs and Music Lessons:
Activities During the week children are encouraged to take part in a variety of after - school activities, that change termly. If the school employs an external coach, there will be an extra charge.
Music Piano, Keyboard, Guitar, Recorder, Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet, Violin, Viola, Cello and Drums. This is charged as an optional extra at £18 per half hour.
Minibus Service:
The School provides a minibus service. The cost is £45 per week (if booked in advance) or £6 each way if booked on an ad hoc basis
Route One: Horley, Three Bridges, Maidenbower, Worth, Copthorne
Route Two: Forest Row, East Grinstead, Lingfield, Horne, Smallfield, Copthorne
Route Three: Horsham, Pease Pottage, Copthorne
Routes One and Two are door to door as long as a parent/carer is at home to receive child/s.
Each route is timetabled to arrive at school at about 8.20am. Buses also drop children in the evening, leaving school at 5.30 pm. Please contact the School Office to reserve a seat.
Out of school care:
The normal school day in the Pre-Prep department is 8.20am to 3.30pm. Early Birds Club is available from 7.50am at a cost of £1.50. Waiting House provides after school care until 6.00pm (including tea at 5.20pm) at a cost of £6 per hour.
Prep School Day: The normal school day is 8.25am – 4.30pm (up to Year 6) and 8.20am – 5.20pm for Year 7 and 8. The school fee includes 8.00am – 8.00pm supervision including all meals. Children can arrive earlier by arrangement.
