A Maths Challenge

On Tuesday 14 May, Franklin, Noah, Amelie, Levahna, James and Caelan attended a Maths Challenge at Brighton College. Great fun was had by all and their mathematical brains were put to the test throughout the afternoon taking part in various problem solving activities including puzzles and problems with dominoes, tangrams and cards.

Coach’s Player of the Tournament

Keira enjoyed playing at Reigate Dragonflies U12 Home tournament last weekend. The girls were coached by England’s 2017 World Cup finalists Captain Ashleigh Gloster. Sussex Champs again!

Biba captained the U10’s EG girls in the Sussex Cup Final at the weekend. They played Brighton and Hove, 20 minutes each way and they won 6-0, Biba scored 4 out of the 6! They now go through to the Southern final in May. Well done Biba and team!

Well done Rachel!

Rachel received her medal in a Muay Thai interclub competition. 8 years old Rachel fought an 11 year old girl in a competition with other top Thai Boxing clubs from around the country. It was full contact in the boxing ring but, no elbow strikes or strikes to the head. Well done Rachel!

First Chess Tournament
