Students with headteacher

Year 2

5th October 2020

Year 2 had an exciting week as the mystery and suspense about the evil peas continued! The children learnt about the continents by playing Twister. In Geography the children were split into small groups and taught the rest of the class about a different country in the British Isles! We also learnt about Scotland and did a bit of Scottish dancing. Miss Almeida’s class have been looking at the countries within the UK and what they are famous for such as food and landmarks. In Art, they scored polystyrene tiles in the shape of their favourite fruit or vegetables and using a roller, printed the tiles onto a reusable bag. We hope to go shopping with them very soon!

We are expanding to GCSE!

Parents have told us they need a quality senior school alternative, so from September 2021, pupils already at Copthorne or joining in Year 7 will be able to stay with us to Year 11. Our first GCSE exams will take place in 2026.

Join us at our next Virtual Open Morning or read about our expansion to find out more.
